These Terms and Conditions describe the NudgeDog SMS reminder service. By opting in to receive messages and using the service, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
NudgeDog is a personal SMS reminder service. You text NudgeDog a reminder, and NudgeDog sends you reminder texts and follow-up nudges until you reply DONE or the reminder is otherwise closed. Messages include reminder confirmations, your scheduled reminders, follow-up nudges, and account or billing notifications related to your use of the service.
Opt-In
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the NudgeDog website and agreeing to receive reminder texts, or by texting NudgeDog directly to start the service. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from NudgeDog.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how many reminders you create, your follow-up settings, and your plan.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive reminder texts from NudgeDog unless you opt in again by replying START.

Subscriptions and Billing
NudgeDog is offered as a paid monthly subscription with different plans and monthly reminder limits. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, effective according to your plan terms.
Acceptable Use
NudgeDog is intended for creating personal reminders for yourself. You agree not to use NudgeDog to send messages to others without their consent, to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content, or to misuse the service in a way that disrupts its operation.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Service Availability
We work to keep NudgeDog reliable, but the service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time in every circumstance (for example, during carrier outages). NudgeDog is a helpful reminder aid and should not be solely relied upon for safety-critical or time-critical obligations.
